I never thought i would say this but it gets to a point where its just embarassing to say that i am catholic!!!

According to our new Pope homosexuals cant be priests!!!
I'll explain in more detail: if a young man was involved in an "homosexual act" or "presents homsexual tendencies" or supports the gay culture he cant ever become a priest because it would create obstacles in a fair relationship between men and women. ( don't see where the hell he gets that from!!!)
The Pope is generous enough to say that gay people have the right to respect of course but those who want to be part of the clergy should get "over it" and by that he means homosexuality, 3years before they become part of the order.
What makes homosexuals different from anyone else in the world? Just because priests are heterosexuals doesnt mean they just stopped thinkig about women or sex at all. Do "regular" priests get over their sexuality? There are priests that were married before they joined the clergy what exactly is the problem with gay people doing the same???
What really gets to me is knowing that this will never change, the catholic church will always be as homophobic as it is now.
